If I buy charms to go on an accessory (bought from you) do I have to attach them myself?

No, we will attach your charms to our accessories and then gift wrap them for you. 

Can I have a hand and a foot on a Dinky Hand Print Charm?

Yes, I will happily create your Dinky Charm to be as individual as your Dinky people.

Are you able to retain fingerprints to be used again at a later date (i.e. for Father's day)?

All fingerprints, hand/foot prints, drawings, messages and paw prints are kept for 12 months making it easy for you to re-order items.

How do I keep my charms clean?

Silver jewellery can be cleaned with an anti-tarnish/impregnated polishing cloth.  Avoid using any liquid cleaners, as it may remove the antiquing.  Also, remove your jewellery when using household cleaners.  Regularly check all findings and fittings for wear and tear.
