All charms, are personal products and have no re-sale value; therefore, refunds will not be possible.  You may cancel up to the point of receiving your kit.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

All my items are hand crafted and therefore will vary slightly from those shown.

Each piece is cut and engraved and then polished to a high standard which gives it a very natural finish and adds to it's charm and individuality.

All charms are supplied with an open jump ring. 

Charms will be engraved and where possible I will try to get your message on the front; however, if the space does not permit it will be on the reverse.  (Up to 6 characters on the front).

By law silver over 7.78g must be hallmarked, as my charms come in under this weight they will not hallmarked.
